# Built around the way *your facility works*.

Health cases, room logs and requests, on forms your team can change. Connect the next step with a workflow, then give each person a view of the work that matters to them.

## Your forms. Your fields. Your call.

Start with the forms you already use. Your team decides what goes on them.

A form holds sections, fields, tables and links to other records. Start from a PDF of a form you use today, or a photo of a cage card, and Streamcell drafts it for you to finish. When your process changes, change the form that day.

*Streamcell's form builder with a health case form open: sections of fields, each field showing the type it holds, such as text, date or a choice from a list.*

## Give every handoff a next step.

Its workflow runs: the right people are told, and the next step opens.

You set the rules in your own terms. When a case is marked severe, open the treatment step and tell the vet. When a treatment is logged, email the lab. You choose who hears about it and write what they read.

*A Streamcell workflow rule: when a health case's severity is set to severe, open the treatment step and notify the veterinarian.*

## One set of records. More ways to see it.

Any set of records shows as a table, cards, a board, a calendar, a pivot or a chart, and you can save the views you use.

- **Table**: Rows to sort and filter, for the morning list of open cases.
- **Cards**: One card per record, for a room's cases at a glance.
- **Board**: Records in columns by a field you choose, such as open cases by severity.
- **Calendar**: Records by date, for treatments due, room logs and equipment bookings.
- **Pivot**: Counts across any field, such as cases by condition or by room.
- **Chart**: The same counts drawn, for a trend you want to show at a meeting.

## Start with health cases. Keep going.

Most customers start with health cases. The same forms and workflows run the rest of the facility.

- Room logs, including daily humidity readings
- Service requests
- Vaccine logs
- Equipment booking

## The animal stays connected to the case.

Attach the SoftMouse animal to a health case, and the case shows its history, genealogy and genotype.

Streamcell records link to each other too, so a treatment, a service request and a protocol can all point at the same animal. [For SoftMouse customers](https://streamcell.com/softmouse)

## Keep the team in the conversation.

Google and Slack are Streamcell's first two connections.

They came first because customers asked for them first. The next connections will follow what customers ask for.

## See one health case *run*

A demo follows a case from the cage check to the vet's recommendation, then shows how your team would build its own forms.
