## What happens when a room reading is out of range?

The log opens an environmental deviation, and the next step goes to the person who fixes it.

The deviation moves through Open, With facilities, Back in range, Reviewed and Closed, so the abnormal reading, the response and the prevention stay together on one record. A chart of temperature by room shows the highs and lows over time for your next meeting.

## How do you track cage wash checks?

As a cage wash check record with its own retest step, so a failed check cannot be forgotten.

Facilities verify the cage washer in different ways: we found 6 among 14 facilities' procedures. Streamcell's cage wash check moves through Recorded, Retest due, With manager, Out of service and Closed, and your team sets which readings it records and who hears when a retest is due.
