01 / Three starting points
Start with the
work you own.
A block brings forms, workflows and saved views together for one role. Choose a starting point, then make it fit.
Vet
From first report to follow-up.
Sick animal reports, health cases, post-op checks and the handoffs that keep care moving.
Explore the blockOperations
A place for the daily work.
Room logs, work queues, service requests and the records behind the numbers you report.
Explore the blockCompliance
Close the loop on findings.
Reports, monitoring, inspections and training, connected to the next step and the right protocol.
Explore the block02 / The field guides
Take a closer look at the everyday.
Follow a workflow, compare the ways facilities handle it, and explore the form field by field. Six practical guides, with the research behind each one.

Explore the guide04Research method
Built from the work facilities publish.
We read the procedures research animal facilities publish (SOPs, policies, forms and instruction pages) and turned each one into a record we could count: how the job starts, who passes it to whom, what the form asks and where the record is kept. The research covers 20 jobs: 236 procedures from 98 institutions in the US and Canada, mostly universities, with 80 headline rows re-checked by a second team. Four operations jobs, 58 more procedures, were added in October 2026. No customer data is in it.
